Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tier-1 helpdesk support and solutions to users
• Provide all-round technical support
• Provide support to overseas IT teams for both in hardware and network
• Perform necessary data backup and restore with daily preventive maintenance and logging of any IT fault, support calls and incident events
• Perform IT procurement and replacement duties if necessary
• Perform regular Risk Assessment and Maintain ISO 27001 certification & compliance
• Perform regular vulnerability scan, penetration test, security assessment and drill
• Monitor network service availability, security, and implement enhancements
• Involve in ad-hoc IT project as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security
• Strong technical working knowledge with at least 5 years’ relevant IT support experience in a VMWare ESxi, MS Windows OS 10/11 , Windows server 2016, MS Office, MS Active Directory Domain environment
• Good knowledge of MS Exchange mail server, Linux Server,  Windows server and server applications such as DHCP, DNS, file share and printer services
• Good knowledge in managing servers, routers, switches, storage, firewall and ISO-27001
• Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential problems, energetic with “Can-do attitude”.  
• Occasionally business travel will be required
