Responsibilities :

• Handle network equipment installation and configuration
• Perform system health check and network performance monitoring 
• Handle network maintenance routines and regular system upgrades 
• Provide first-tier end-user support on network connectivity issues
• Prepare and maintain documentation and knowledge base on network infrastructure, setup, diagrams, inventory and guidelines
• Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties timely during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 year’s work experience in IT network support
• Solid operational knowledge and experience in router, switch, firewall, and wireless controllers
• Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
