Responsibilities:

• Ensure a rapid response to any technical issues
• Assist to Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux- based systems
• Assist to configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Coordinate server-related projects and ensure seamless integration
• Conduct performance evaluations, perform system backups, and implement disaster recovery plans

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
• 2~5 years working experience of daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior System Engineer**
