Job Description

Our client is a luxury brand. To cope with their expansion and development, they are looking for a Training Manager station in Taiwan to join the team: 


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and develop training and development strategies to meet company business goals
  • Identify training needs, formulate training plans and deliver training programs to all retail staff 
  • Coordinate with Mystery Shopping plans / Voice of Client and capitalise on this technique to assess training needs
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partner, retail and store management in order to formulate classroom training, field training and coaching plans, etc.
  • Design and facilitate talent management process as well as the career ladder for retail staff
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all training initiatives and maximize the ROI
  • Perform training follow-up for boutique staffs to reinforce the application of skills learnt in training activities are well mastered and be able to deliver effectively in workplace
  • Through field training efforts to drive the performance of sales staff, to align an elite level of selling skills, luxurious customer shopping experience and promote a performance learning culture
  • Conduct field coaching and classroom training to ensure the tools are implemented effectively
  • Perform targeted follow-up & coaching with proper planning based on identified performance gaps, classroom performance, MSP results, feedback from retail management

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates open for relocation are welcome
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Training and Development, Psychology, or other business related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in training & development areas, preferably in multi-national organizations
  • Well understanding of luxury brands and retail industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to understand business needs and turn into programs for execution with effective follow up
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
