Work Location: Lai Chi Kok 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the store and maintain brand image
• Promote products and handle customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
• Maintain visual merchandising and products presentation according to company’s standard
• Assist in “Store pick-up” services for customer
• Manage customers' complaints, inquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels
• Coordinate with sales operation team for logistics arrangement
• Assist in producing customized products for customers
   

Requirements: 

• Secondary graduate
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivative, independent, responsible, aggressive to achieve Sales Target
• Good spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
