Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of assigned eCommerce platform projects, ensuring successful completion from initiation to launch and beyond.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Track project progress and performance against key metrics, reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
• Drive efficient resource utilization and ensure project adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices (PMP certification a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work independently under pressure.
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) preferred.
• Understanding of eCommerce industry and online retail landscape a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
