Job Description
- Introduce digital banking services to customers in bank hall
- Enhance digital customer services experience and collect customer feedback/ suggestions for improvement
- Handle customers' esquires and escalate when appropriate according to supervisor’s guidance
- Support branch administrative and operational duties as required
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience
- Digital savvy and familiar with using smartphones and apps
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
