Responsibilities：· 

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the building and its system
2. Any other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor 

Requirements： 

1. Secondary school graduate, those who have completed apprenticeship training or hold relevant professional certificates or licenses are preferred 
2. At least two years of relevant work experience 
3. Relevant Experience in maintenance of WR2 / fire-fighting system / air-conditioning system is preferred 
4. Registered Electrical Worker license is preferable 
5. 5-6 Working days per week, 9 hours working hours
6. Working on shifts

Employment Terms：

Basic Salary：$25,000-$28,000

Attendance Allowance, Annual Leave, Double Pay, Discretionary bonus, Medical Benefit, Overtime compensation and shift allowance 

職責

1. 負責大廈及其系統的日常運作及維修保養保養 
2. 執行上司安排的工作 

工作要求 

1. 中學程度，完成學徒訓練或持相關專業證書或牌照者優先考慮 
2. 最少兩年或以上相關工作經驗 
3. 具WR2 / 消防系統 / 冷氣系統維修保養經驗者優先考慮
4. 持電工A牌優先考慮 輪班工作 
5. 每週工作5天至6天，每天工作9小時，輪班輪休
