Our client “Anza Nutraceuticals (Asia) Limited” is seeking a Brand Manager to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Brand Management - Build and manage responsible brand to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth in all sales channels
• Brand Communication - Initiate consumer insight and research to build communication approaches. Communicate the brand message to consumers via mass media, product packaging to make consumers know, like, trust and buy the product.
• Inventory Management - Perform demand forecast, inventory planning and control.
• Customer Recruitment and Retention - Collaborate different parties to execute integrated campaign to achieve customer recruitment and retention and deliver high level customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate key brand marketing initiatives effectively and follow up with accountable teams to ensure implementation and measurement
• Monitor business, campaign and conversion performance so that adjustments and improvements could be executed in a timely manner

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
• Proven track record of developing brand strategies, guidelines, creatives and content; expertise in translating brand vision to impactful brand communication, activation and experiences
• Proven track record of planning and executing consumer quantitative and qualitative research; draw insights and drive good decision-making
• Strong project management skills with proven track record; solid skill and experience rallying partners and external agencies to do work that not only delivers but pushes to go beyond expectation
• Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and drive with urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to speak-up and share a defined and well-articulated point of view; able to influence at multiple levels of the organization
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive relationships with leadership
• Mature, high level of professionalism, agile and highly efficient
