• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related areas
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer services 
• Certified in MCP, MCSE, MCITP are required
• Solid hands-on experience in managing MS Active Directory and Exchange, VMware environment are required
• Good knowledge in ITIL will be advantage
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Role
