Job Description
Digital Domain is a creative force that has brought artistry and technology to hundreds of motion pictures, commercials, and games through its groundbreaking visual effects.
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a high-level R&D team of software engineers and artists focused on developing new technology to generate photorealistic, autonomous digital humans. We are building a product to sell as a cloud-based scalable solution for businesses who need virtual humans to help augment their workforce in a variety of ways.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share. We expect the ideal candidate to guide the team and focus on strategic aspects of the product. This position will work with the Technical Supervisor to build a successful go-to-market strategy. That includes the product's position within this new market, key features, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
- Support resource planning, financial tracking, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and churn rate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in product management and hands-on experience.
- 2-3 relevant experience in cloud-based scalable solution market.
- Experience in target markets like healthcare, retail, hospitality and web-based consumer services
- Capacity to autonomously manage the full spectrum of product development from conception to launch.
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication abilities in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively articulating ideas and fostering collaboration combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
