Job Description:

• Generate the design brief after obtaining the client requirement.
• Prepare presentation materials, including design data analysis, concept board/ mood board, design sketch (or rendering) & etc
• Handle the materials for Landlord submission, tender drawing, & etc
• Being a Checker of shop drawings provided by third parties, able to identify the non-conformity, provide advises and alternative solutions
• Deliverables to meet deadlines
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Education, Qualification and Experience

• Degree holder or above in Interior design, Architecture or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sizable companies. Candidates with more experience will be considered at the senior level. 
• Solid experience in space planning, design development, joinery detailing, FF&E specifications & etc
• Experience in handling retail /commercial projects is preferable
• Resourceful in material sourcing, sensitive to the latest design trend, and with problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop, some knowledge of rendering software such as 3D max, Sketchup, Revit or Rhino is an advantage 
• Knowledge of MOE, BFA, and Green buildings, is a plus 
• Work independently, team player, able to work under a tight schedule and with good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
