Our client "HOMIC DECOR.” is seeking an Interior Designer to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• To assist our Director from the Conceptual Design process to the Design Development process.
• To take an active role in the development of design solutions together with their integration & maintenance throughout the subsequent design process.
• Development of conceptual design solutions to the design problems agreed with the clients, together with assisting the Project Leader in the presentation of those solutions to the clients.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
• Undertaking thorough research of both the client’s needs and requirements & other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.
• Team player, quick learner, energetic and creative.
   

 Who are they looking for? 

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
• 2-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workplace and residential projects
• Handle a full set of Design and Construction drawings.
• Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience with Sketchup modelling, Vray and Enscape rendering
• Flexibility to work from the office while meeting deadlines
• Willingness to work extended hours, to complete tasks on time
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to attend required meetings (in-person or remote)
• Strong in project management and communication with clients, consultants and contractors is a must
• Be able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing & site co-ordination
• Experience on site supervision and able to handle site management independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
