Job Duties

• Building and implementing business plan in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Work closely with different parties to execute marketing activities
• Reporting on brand's performance and market trends on a weekly & monthly basis for Hong Kong and Macau
• Recruit and build a beauty advisors team
• Set-up sell-out target by door and be pro-active to drive top line performances.
• Manage daily sales operation, vm display and inventory management
• 60% of time on field minimum

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications
• 5 years retail experience, minimum 2 years at management level
• Cosmetics experience preferred
• Proven sales and service track record
• Fluent English and Mandarin and Cantonese – speaking, reading, and writing
• Proficient at reading and analyzing numbers
• Interpersonal skills in customer service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, Power-point
• Flexibility regarding working hours
