Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a designated property portfolio, including loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, procurement and engineering service
• Supervise a team to maintain quality of service and handle customer enquiries/complaints
• Organize, facilitate and actively engage in regular meetings with Incorporated Owners and Owners Committee 
• Ensure operations are in compliance with current regulations and statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal/external business partners
• Plan and manage property operating budget and prepare relevant reports/analysis
• Coordinate and liaise with leasing and sales/marketing teams to organize promotional events
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification(s) in MCIH, HKIH or RPHM
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) 
• At least 6 years’ of relevant experience in sizeable property management company
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills with ability to work independently and harmoniously with a team
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
