Pay: HK$16,816 to HK$26,173 (HGPS Point 2 to 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the following day-to-day administration functions of the Human Resources Division:
- Benefits and Compensation
- Staff Relations & Discipline
- Performance Management & Contract Renewal
- Recruitment and Appointment
- Manpower Planning
- Training and Development
2. Process, verify and compile forms and data.
3. Retrieve data, operate and maintain computer systems / database and perform HCM / data input.
4. Communicate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and provide assistance when necessary.
5. Provide supports in local HR stations of KCC hospitals.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
2. Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Clerical experience in human resources management in sizeable organization, especially with experience in Benefits and Compensation is preferred.
2. With knowledge of HR policies and statutory requirements related to HR operation.
3. Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook, etc) and common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet /Intranet etc.).
Remarks:
2. Serving staff who have completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ clerical experience within HA may also be considered.
