Our client is a Luxury Beauty Brand, to cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Area Manager (Local Market) to join the team.

The Job :

• Direct report to Sales Manager
• Review and develop improvement plan for all staff performance and commercial KPIs on monthly basis with Assistant Business Manager/Business Manager
• Develop strategy plan with Sales and Education Manager on Key launches, hero and focus products and KPIs.
• Manage store target, manpower cost and any store related expenses which also involves strong collaboration with finance, training team to elevate customer service.
• Monitor sales team performance, motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams
• To plan staffing and retail HC across all doors.
• Conduct store team performance assessment and develop talent development and succession plan.
• Set-up sell-out target by door.
• 60% of time on field.

Requirements:
 

Degree holder with minimum of 4 years’ experience with beauty or retail company

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
