• Contracts and agreements preparation and review
• Team supervision and coaching for agent applications
• Policy compliance and regulatory monitoring
• Registration process control
• Recruitment process and procedure improvement
• Sales channel budget monitoring assistance
• Collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Audit
• Project participation and assigned tasks handling

Your Profile

• Relevant working experience in Life insurance company operation
• Good knowledge in sales contracting
• Experience with team management
• More experience will be considered as Senior manager or above
