Our client, a prominent organization in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced Cloud Talent to join their Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and operational support of the company’s cloud platform to ensure high reliability and adherence to service level agreements.
• Lead team and vendor management to ensure quality service and delivery, including planning, coverage, and execution of cloud platform operations, enhancements, and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards for cloud platform implementation and operations.
• Develop and execute processes and standards to optimize cloud service usage and operational effectiveness.
• Proactively review cloud environments and operations, seeking continuous improvement opportunities and executing planned enhancements.
• Manage operational risk by reviewing, assessing, and mitigating system changes, incidents, and problems related to the cloud platform.
• Oversee the operational budget and procurement processes, including RFQ/RFP management, contracts, and cost control for system operations, maintenance, service support, enhancements, and evergreen activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as application, risk, and security teams, to understand requirements and provide solutions or enhancements on the cloud platform.
• Responsible for operational and implementation planning and reporting, including regular management reporting, new initiatives, SLA reporting, incident and risk assessment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• University degree in information technology, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in major financial institutions, with at least 10 years at a managerial level.
• Strong experience in managing enterprise system infrastructure platforms, with cloud management platform experience preferred.
• Proficiency in team, vendor, resource, and budget management.
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting in complex infrastructure or cloud platform environments.
• Knowledge of private/public cloud, Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, Python, and related tools and scripting skills are preferred.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position.
