Responsibilities

• Formulating and implement the store development strategy in Hong Kong and Macau
• Manage rental cost and evaluate opportunities of portfolio to improve sales and profitability
• Ensure quality control standards for real estate transactions
• Review lease agreements; handle in leasing activities; managing landlords and leasing terms negotiation
• Negotiate with different landlords for sustainable rents for Shops' Tenancy Renewal
• Conduct relevant site analysis, market research and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease decision
• Establish and maintain good relationship with landlords and property agents
• Provide quality services to internal customers and help them to resolve on site problems in efficient way
• Work closely with Project Team and oversee the project planning & scheduling, design co-ordination and submission to Landlord
• Responsible for any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Building Services or a related discipline
• 7-5 years or above relevant experience in property leasing of retail shop in Hong Kong and Macau
• Experience in handling sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is a must
• Proficiency of shop leasing tender and agreement
• Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters and related documentations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical writing and presentation skill
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
