Our client, a well-funded group, is seeking a dedicated Family Butler to manage the family households and supervise the team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in household management to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a prestigious household.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of domestic helpers in dealing with household matters.
• Manage interactions with chefs and monitor household catering.
• Coordinate with drivers and other assistants according to the family's schedule.
• Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, orderings, maintenance, etc.
• Liaise on family dinner/event arrangements.
• Arrange and attend family gatherings/guest dinners.
• Organize family travel plans and attend trips as required.
• Manage and assist in operations for the boss' private social club.
• Oversee the family's personal collection, including wine, art, etc.
• Handle the family’s P&L (Profit and Loss).
• Report to Houseland Manager (Senior Butler)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in household management, preferably stationed at the family's property.
• Discrete, hardworking, smart, and trustworthy.
• Well-mannered, well-organized, and detail-minded.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
