Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategically expand business in order to achieve company goal
- Responsible for devising and implementing all necessary sales strategies, promotion activities and initiatives for TKE
- Work with Head of Sales for strategic direction to drive business volume and profitability; ensure effective sales and pricing strategy is developed, adapted to the market needs and implemented to maximize sales revenue
- Responsible for successfully bidding and securing New Installation contracts, and develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Works in coordination owners, architects and/or consultant in the pre-bidding of New Installation jobs. Includes building strong customer relationships, and maintains market awareness of projects and competitors
- Prepares cost estimations and bidding packages, includes reviewing specs and labor with factory and procurement for completeness and accuracy, and ensures that jobs will be profitable
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Well-versed in all MS office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 5 years of related working experience is preferable
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer
