Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new business clients in the electronic devices and media/entertainment technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and qualify new sales leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Ask insightful questions to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and pain points
- Craft and present compelling sales proposals that highlight consulting expertise and value proposition
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Work cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT services or technology consulting industry
- Proven track record of quota achievement and new business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of C-suite executives
- Consultative selling approach with patience and genuine curiosity to understand client needs
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
