Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing marketing plan and E&M project operation
• Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard
• Managing and coordinating with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Monitoring and supervising subordinate and team members

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in MVAC / E&M / building services coordination / installation in E&M sub-contractor
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Candidates with more experience or chartered membership will be considered as Senior E&M Manager or E&M Manager
