Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for insurance agents.
• Conduct engaging training sessions on insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and create individual development plans.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to align training strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and update training materials accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in training software and learning management systems.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
