Responsibilities

• Greet and provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors at Grade A office building
• Handle enquiries and follow up complaints, emergency cases from tenants
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 1-year working experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry will be preferred
• Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work at least 2 to 3 days per week
