We are seeking dedicated and experienced safety supervisory candidates to join our team and support our railway-related building upgrade projects involving civil and A&A (alteration and addition) works.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare safety inspection reports as per contract requirements.
• Attend pre-work joint site inspections to identify risks and formulate preventive measures.
• Assist in reviewing the Project Safety Plan to ensure it meets the latest statutory and/or client's requirements.
• Prepare initial incident reports and inspection findings, and recommend remedial actions to address any irregularities.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure proper documentation management, including the plant and equipment inspection forms.
• Participate in safety and health promotion initiatives, including internal and external competitions.
• Provide safety and environmental suggestions, and assist in the preparation of safety and environmental documents for tender submissions.
• Follow up on ad-hoc health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum education level of Form 5 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a safety supervisory role.
• Possess a Certificate in Construction Safety Supervisor.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese.
• Fair command of both written and spoken English.
• Holder of a Construction Workers Registration Card and a Green Card.
