Our client is a leading bank that provides full range of services in consumer, SME and corporate banking activities. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare documentation (requirements gathering / UAT cases)
• Perform systems user testing
• Manage issues during UAT, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge.
• Become an effective "bridge" between users and technology.
• Ensure traceability of requirements in each stage of the project.
• Implemented solutions should meet most of the business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements
• Provide end user systems helpdesk support
• System User ID Administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
• 0-2 years’ experience in business analyst (Fresh grad is welcome)
• User experience (UX) related project is advantageous
• Knowledge in system development (e.g. SQL, SQL Server; Qilksense, tableau, python are advantageous)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint…etc)
• Innovative mindset is necessary
