My client is an International Luxury Jewellery Brand and they are looking for an Assistant Marketing & CRM Manager to join their team.

*With In-House Luxury Brand experience is a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing & CRM strategies and plan to support brand development
• Manage CRM initiatives and customer loyalty program
• Support client acquisitions, retention, engagement and reactivation
• Implement in-store activations and GWP promotions to increase traffic to retail stores
• Plan and develop CRM / VIP events and engagement program
• CRM data mining and analysis
• Collaborate with partners such as shopping mall, landlord and tenants for seasonal promotional activities and marketing content productions
• Perform marketing trend analysis to build the product plan for the brand
• Produce marketing materials and tools such as product catalogues, leaflets, DMs, website contents, giftings, packaging etc.
• Work closely with PR team and other departments

Requirements:

• University graduates of Marketing
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in luxury retail
• Excellent English and fluent Chinese are required
• Good team player with a creative dynamic personality
• Proficiency in MS office
