Responsibilities:

• Assist the development and implementation of CRM campaigns, engagement programs, repurchase and upsell journeys across multiple channels like APP, eDM, SMS and instore POSM
• Assist to develop CRM policies and execution guidelines, including external member terms and internal system manual
• Prepare reports for member profile analysis, CRM campaign results and to retrieve data for internal stakeholders to understand the customers’ patterns and trends.
• Work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 years of solid experience in CRM, loyalty programs and member events
• Familiar with data analytics tool and social CRM, preferably with web, app and digital marketing knowledge
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
