Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage store and remote store premises for facility management arrangement;
  • Follow up and monitor maintenance works as well as follow-up yearly maintenance contracts (such as materials, lighting, flooring, carpet, security system) with contractors;
  • Coordinate procurement of materials from overseas or local markets for projects;
  • Monitor and control of budget;
  • Prepare monthly maintenance report & calendar;
  • Coordinate with related departments/landlords and public authorities for maintenance issues;
  • Perform regular store visits to carry out standard audits and solve maintenance issues;
  • Manage and monitor company assets inventory;
  • Assist in project management of works in store and office;
  • Participate in research of concept and materials for renovation and modification works;
  • Prepare presentation and data consolidation;
  • Assist on administrative works for projects;
  • Work on ad-hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Facilities Management/Engineering/Project Management;
  • Experience in facility management with technical  background is preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with cost control experience;
  • Knowledge and ability to read architectural/technical plans are essential;
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD,etc.;
  • Proactive, Independent, Responsible and Detail–-oriented;
  • Good communications and organizational skills;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
