Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XHS, WeChat, Weibo), including developing and executing content calendars and strategically placing advertisements to achieve business objectives.
• Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including social, SEM, display banners, influencers, etc, to enhance brand recognition, enhance web traffic, and foster customer interaction.
• Coordinate with agencies to manage the end-to-end content creation process from ideation, publishing and performance evaluation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and execute content strategies. 
• Analyze data, generate regular reports and conduct market research to identify areas for improvement and optimization 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new features on various social channels to optimize community management
• Assist in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Business degree holder with at least 5 years’ solid and practical experience in digital and social media marketing.  Less experience will be considered for junior positions
• Strong knowledge and experience of social media and online marketing landscape, familiar with social media platforms operations, SEM, Google Ads, and GDN techniques.
• Prior experience in online marketing, copywriting (both Chinese and English), and editing, preferably within the retail/shopping mall industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with a creative mindset, a strong market sense, self-motivation and attention to details.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidate from digital marketing agency is welcomed
• Photo/ Video shooting experience would be an advantage
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for Senior Officer
