Responsibilities:

• To perform full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development and maintain staff record etc. 

• Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively

• Generate and prepare related HR reports for the management reviews

• Provide consistent and practical HR advice and solution on HR issues

• Deal with ad-hoc tasks and HR projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline

• 2-3 years all rounded HR and administration experience preferred

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and common HR practices

• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel

• Be self-motivated, positive thinking and able to work independently

• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility

• Immediate available is an advantage
