Job Description

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop mainland China cybersecurity related consultancy projects, including advisory on standards, regulatory requirements, internal requirements and technical project delivery for clients, provide cybersecurity awareness talks or trainings;
• Support cybersecurity research, and develop strategies, methodologies, and solutions for aligning China standards with global standards.
• Create thought leadership content for clients at different levels, including C-suite executives;
• Lead, build, and mentor a cybersecurity service team.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience and knowledge on mainland China, and international IT security regulations, such as 中國網絡安全法/等保，中國數據安全法，中國數據出境安全評估法，ISO 27001, NIST, PDPR, PCI DSS, etc.;
• Good understanding and fulfilment in working with clients, guiding them on related security targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
• Good understanding and practical experience of mainland China cybersecurity solutions and connections with mainland China vendors.
• Experience of conducting phishing, penetration testing, red/blue team exercise in consulting project for clients (experience in Gov, fintech, or manufactory field is preferred).
• Have a broad understanding of various information technology areas used to support and manage the business (i.e. web, networking, database, cloud, telephony, mobile, applications, etc.) and an in-depth in one area of relevant technology.
• Good at written communication skills, presentation skills, time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with numerous lines of business representatives.
• Good command of English and Putonghua.  
• Qualification of any CISP / CISP-PTE/PTS / CISAW / CISSP / CISA / CCSP / OSCP / GPEN is a plus.
