Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchase order placement 
• Work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers and facilitate procurement activities, conduct necessary contract negotiations and supplier sourcing
• Prepare various reports related to procurement activities
• Assist in facilitating the goods or service delivery/logistics
• Review and enhance the procurement procedure & systems based on the Company's business needs
• Organize regular fixed asset disposal activities
• Support ad-hoc project or assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Education in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience as a Procurement, Supply Chain Officer or in a similar role
• Experience in sourcing the Electrical or Electronic products and components is definitely an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of ERP system, procurement processes, procedures, and best practices
• Knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Control is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing
