Job Description 

The Business Development Assistant would be responsible to provide administrative support to the Business Development Team.  Ad-hoc tasks can be assigned depending on the BD team needs. He / She would need to handle client’s enquiries through phone, email and live chat in a professional manner. 
 
 
What we will trust you with 

  • Provide administration support to Business Development team (agreements, vendor form) 
  • Coordinate and following up with brands with regards to agreements in a professional manner since the POC are in the luxury industry  
  • Liaise with BD team to prepare presentations and best practice case studies on a weekly basis  
  • Visit different bazaar and outlet venue to prepare feedback presentation for internal use  
  • Prepare event summary reports requiring sales analysis skills  
  • Update all internal records which will be used by BD and Finance teams on a weekly basis  
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

 

What it takes 

  • Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of working experience is preferred 
  • Autonomous, well-organized, multitasking and prioritization skills, time-management to complete task on time and attention to details 
  • A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team 
  • Good presentation skills, good interpersonal and communication skills written and oral  
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English 
  • Passionate in Fashion/Retail/Omnichannel is a plus
