Job Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Strategy (and cross channel marketing)
● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with business goals 
● Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
● Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement
● Initate and implement cross-platform marketing strategies for consistent messaging and branding
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with marketing initiatives
● Monitor and analyze social media content performance using data-driven insights
● Provide training and guidance on social media content best practices and cross-platform marketing
● Develop & manage social media content calendar with planned posts and campaigns

2. Schedule and execute content posting across social media platforms
● Optimize, create and curate content based on best practices and audience preferences; including text, images, videos, and infographics
● Regularly monitor and analyze social media content performance & make data-driven improvements

3. Social Governance
● Establish governance guidelines and standards for local marketing teams
● Ensure consistency and brand compliance across local marketing efforts
● Provide guidance and support to local marketing teams on adhering to governance guidelines
● Initiate and drive a more brand aligned customer serive section on our social channels
● Organize and maintain a centralized repository of past social media materials
● Foster effective team communication and collaboration through streamlined processes and tools
