Job Duties:

• Perform all-rounded Human Resources functions
• Assist C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, leave administrations, HR system operations, and manage taxation & MPF arrangement, etc.
• Being a HRBP for frontline and office staff handling on boarding & off-boarding formalities, staff cases, talent management etc.
• Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc
• Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of HR generalist/ business partner experience
• Experienced in Retail Industry will be an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and detail oriented
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• More experience candidate will be consider as Assistant Manager
