HK$23,486 to HK$27,789 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating, organizing, managing and executing the clinical research studies.
- Handle enquires, liaise and communicate with different parties including patients and the research team whenever necessary.
- Provide executive and administrative support, including filing, data entry and management, data analysis and record keeping for research purposes.
- Preparing documents, progress reports and presentations for meetings.
- Design and execute statistical tests appropriate for various kinds of clinical studies and audits.
- Research Ethics and Compliance: Coordinate the application and approval of ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Research Dissemination: Prepare the materials for dissemination of research findings through publications, presentations, and conferences.
Entry Requirements:
(i)
University Graduates with experience; OR
(ii)
F.5 / S.5 with:
(1)
HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or
(2)
5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
—
Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
—
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function and relevant working experience.
Preferred Attributes/Exposure:
- University graduate in the field of health sciences or biological sciences or epidemiology/biostatistics.
- At least 2 years' experience in research, and preferably in the clinical setting.
- Able to work independently, with proficiency in commonly used statistical software including R, SPSS or equivalent.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
