Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Visitor Promotion Executive for our Jewellery Exhibition Team. As the Visitor Promotion Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and effective visitor promotion. You will work closely with various departments and vendors to cater to the diverse needs of our visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned event and showcase your marketing and customer service skills.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide support through the hotline, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiry emails, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist in implementing the Visitor Promotion program, including coordinating travel arrangements for visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address and fulfill the diverse needs of visitors, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance activities accurately and efficiently to support the event's marketing and visitor management initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the event marketing team, assisting with various tasks as required.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or Event Management is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or event promotion, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer-oriented practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Proactive and independent, capable of taking initiative and working effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), enabling effective communication with a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing software, facilitating efficient data management and documentation.
