Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and test AI algorithms and models in the follow areas:
a) Image/Video/Audio/3D generation including diffusion algorithms, PEFT, and distributed training recipes etc.
b) Perception tasks in auto-drive including 2D/3D detection and segmentation.
c) LLMs and OCR, document understanding, domain finetuning, and generation.
2. Conduct research on AI publication and patents. Optimize related algorithms and models.
3. Cooperate with the company’s hardware and software engineers to design and improve AI toolkits and frameworks.
4. Cooperate to deliver AI models with high-quality code and documents for clients or open-source.

Qualification and requirement:
1. Master degree or above, major in computer science or electronic engineering or equivalent. High qualification would be advantage.
2. Good programming skill, proficient in Python, priority learn about C++/java/golang 
3. Familiar with in machine learning and deep learning. Experience in vision/language generation algorithms and models is preferred, and 
4.Experience in LLM is a bonus.
5. Fast learner with good communication skills for problem-solving.
6. Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred;
