Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for Digital Platform & Experience Management, Digital Media & Direct Booking Channels Planning, as well as Data Insights Sharing with internal teams. Also will be collaborating closely with Central Support Office teams on planning, executing and evaluating property level Digital & CRM related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns to help property eCommerce business to enhance its online visibility, attract traffic to its website, generate leads, and ultimately improve sales
  • Provide insights to internal teams on demand generation campaigns, and act as internal advocate on forming data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Central Support Office Marketing team and media agency partners to monitor and optimize ROI to achieve business objectives
  • Work with property internal teams and Central Support Office teams to formulate strategic and measurable global direct booking channels strategy
  • Manage end-to-end digital customer experience for the property
  • Set up related KPIs for internal & external partners to deliver marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Marketing, Business or related fields
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with previous experience in handling digital project development and paid media related scope
  • Digital savvy, passionate about digital marketing, data and problem solving. Knowledge and holistic understanding of Chinese digital marketing channels such as Wechat, Little Red Book, TikTok and etc.. Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook insights will be an advantage

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Proven track record in launching brand and performance campaign. Having experience in start-up business environments is a plus. Self-motivated and capable to work; ability to work under pressure
  • Resourceful, willing to take initiative and prepared to work under pressure. Dynamic and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative intuition
