RESPONSIBILITIES

• At all times strive to represent The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel in a professional, courteous, efficient manner.
• Responsible for achieving rooms’ revenues as well as the targets set by the Cluster DOS within the year (generation of leads, prospecting, converting, team goals establishment, employee satisfaction survey results, etc.)
• Assist in identifying market needs and trends in Corporate and MICE, defining the target markets, review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team of competitor’s activities, strategies and promotion.
• Implement an effective sales plan and promotional activities for the department; to organize an effective selling approach to be used by members of the sales team; to conduct sales calls and to develop and maintain new potential, productive accounts in local and overseas market.
• Achieve KPI’s for managed account portfolio and market segments (defined with Cluster DOS and in view of market/hotel needs)
• Monitor competitor set activities and intelligence sources to identify sources of business and prospect new leads/accounts to exceed fair market share performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 6 years of experience in international hotel experience in Sales & Marketing department
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aggressive, initiative, self-confident; established excellent relationship with commercial and industry customers.
• Well-established and excellent relationship with commercial industry customers. 
• In-depth industry knowledge and previous exposure to hotel social catering sales model
• Polished presentation style, supplemented by advanced negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
