Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance to guests and end users
- Monitors daily technology operations
- Assists and supports all critical hotel applications and IT infrastructures
- May need to work on weekends
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Knowledgeable of Office 365, Web services, PMS System, Infrasys POS System and Cisco Networking and familiar with most PC applications
- Experience with helpdesk, user support and system maintenance
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
