Your daily routine at Adecco

• Lead and manage site operation & monitor the progress of project, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Source and develop a database of suitable talents to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate all onsite staff members and internal resources.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent account servicing. Manage project progress and can adapt to meet the needs of the project.
• Design, oversee and implement risk mitigation plan.
• Ensure and manage the performance of a team of staff members including but not limited to leave management, overall project rostering, urgent and regular backfill of operation staff members, benefits management, performance review and development of operation staff members.
• Identify, develop and implement necessary process improvements throughout the project
• Responsible for all activities throughout entire project as required.
• Lead project executives on overall planning and project management of the assigned projects
• Communicate effectively between internal parties, associates, and external parties.
• Communicate with clients for the projects follow-up regularly.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects when needed.

Who we are looking for?

• At least 5 years working experience, preferably in project or operation management, experience within the transport industry or experience in customer service/facing experience will be highly preferred.
• Detail and strategic minded.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with HRIS is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
