SinoEnergy Capital (HK) Limited is a dynamic and fast-growing investment company focusing on the global shipping and energy industry with office in multiple countries.  With our expansion, we are looking for a candidate who is open for a new and challenging job to join our growing team.  

Job Description:

1. Assist in negotiations, term sheets, legal discussions, due diligence and deal execution;
2. Lead the team to conduct financial modelling and business analysis (i.e. periodical forecasts, budget reports);
3. Compile performance data, perform portfolio analysis and benchmarking;
4. Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues on a timely basis;
5. Review investment portfolio’s operational and financial performances, identifying value creation opportunities and managing exit processes;
6. Proactively assist in identifying and originating new deals for our investment portfolio;
7. Provide supervision, mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team;
8. Participate in discussions with executives in subsidiary companies in performance measurement and optimization. 
9. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree holder in finance or other business-related areas (e.g. finance, economics, accounting, financial mathematics, or engineering) with professional qualifications;
2. 6-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a similar role focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors;
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English;
4. Highly organized, self-motivated, and strong prioritization capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
5. Proactive mind-set with ability to thrive in a team;
6. Strong team player with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and clients.
