Job Purpose: 

To assist Assistant Manager of Digital Retail in driving online business in Hong Kong and International markets to enhance digital client experience through digital campaign execution and operation optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Assist Assistant Manager of Digital Retail to manage digital campaign calendar to identify and animate key E-Commerce moments/ Gifting Occasions e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, 11.11, Black Friday Cyber Monday
  • Implement promotion mechanics per campaign by sourcing GWP, develop special services e.g. delivery, packaging, membership privileges to animate digital campaigns to accelerate sales performance and upgrade digital shopping experience
  • Coordinate with digital team to map out 360 communication plan to ensure the success of digital campaigns in driving sales, recruitment and retention
  • Work closely with Tech team for campaign/ promotion set up; Drive tech enhancement needed for front-end display and Ops excellence to ensure the success of the campaigns.
  • Execute and follow through the launch of digital campaigns with ad-hoc tasks, Ops optimization.

Online Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • In depth analysis and reporting of online business and campaign performance from different perspectives
  • Undertake regular competitive analysis and digital industry trends
  • Leverage analytical tools like GA to share business insights with digital team
  • Identify business opportunities to achieve sales target and business KPIs include, but not limited to Conversion rate, Average Order Value and Unit per Transaction
  • Propose action plans, promotion and campaign ideas to maximize online sales.
  • Provide analysis and insights on post-mortems for digital campaigns.

Performance Reporting

  • Work with Assistant Manager of Digital Retail to ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales report can be delivered in a timely manner.      
  • Communicate digital sales performance by markets, by clients, by BUs, to find any sales opportunities and risks.
  • Closely work with digital retail, digital merchandising, digital production, digital communications, Merchandising Planning and Allocation, Client Service Centre, Logistics and Warehouse team to deliver digital sales and better client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in digital, ecommerce, marketing related field.
  • Familiar with ecommerce campaigns, ecommerce platforms, and marketing trends in Hong Kong and International markets
  • Passionate about luxury goods, digital, and trade marketing initiatives
  • Strong with numbers and data analysis
  • Excellent in Excel, Web analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skill
  • Collaborative and good team player
