Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma or Higher Certificate in building construction or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' post graduate relevant site experience
   
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Secondment to client’s office (a leading utility company in Hong Kong)

Responsibilities:

• Perform site supervision and monitor work progress, quality and site safety
• Monitor the projects quality, provide technical advice for quality improvement
• Carry out site inspections, prepare daily reports and site records for the projects
• Perform site coordination work with contractors / consultants / suppliers
