Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Senior HR officer to join their dynamic team and oversee HR operations across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in regional HR management, with proven expertise in compensation and benefits, payroll administration, recruitment, and end-to-end HR processes.

  • You will also be responsible for maintaining records of attendance, leave, and employee benefits and take charge of posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules and preparing employment contracts.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
  • Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation, setting up employee records, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and HR-related regulations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and support business objectives.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in payroll across Greater China and SEA as an advantage.
  • Expertise in HRIS Implementation and Administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-service oriented mindset
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
