Functional Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans including consumer promotions, pricing strategies, impactful retailer programs and BTL displays
• Plan & monitor the trade marketing budget and review promotion efficiency
• Working with Supply planning team on managing and forecasting of inventory
• Collecting and analyzing market intelligence and consumer insights to develop and drive innovative strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline with 3- 5 years’ experience preferably from FMCG industry (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
• Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels would be an advantage
• Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
• Self-motivated, result oriented and be able to work independently
• Team player with good communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
• Fresh Graduate with passion in FMCG industry will also be welcomed
